[摘要]目的：研究以中医烧伤病机为基点的辨证护理在烧伤患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2016年12月-2018年12月烧伤外
科收入住院行植皮术治疗的烧伤患者66例为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为两组。研究组33例，采用以中医烧伤病机为基
点的辨证护理，对照组33例，采用常规中医护理。护理1个月后比较两组视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scale, VAS)、中
医证候积分疗效及烧伤恢复情况。结果：护理1个月后两组VAS评分均降低，且研究组VAS评分显著低于对照组，分值降低幅度
更显著，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。研究组有效率为90.91%高于对照组的63.64%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。研
究组一般健康情况、社会关系、心理功能、躯体功能等评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：以中
医烧伤病机为基点的辨证护理通过精准分析，对烧伤患者进行辨证护理，可有效促进患者恢复，缓解疼痛，提高综合恢
复质量。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the application effect of dialectical nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine burn disease
machine in burn surgery. Methods Sixty-six patients who underwent skin grafting in the Department of Burn Surgery from
December 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study and were divided into two groups according to the random
number table method. 33 cases in the study group were treated with dialectical nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine
burn disease machine. 33 cases in the control group were treated with conventional Chinese medicine. After 1 month of nursing,
the VAS scores, TCM syndrome scores, and burn recovery were compared. Results After one month of nursing, the VAS score
of the two groups decreased, and the VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with
a more significant decrease in the score(P ＜0.05). The effective rate of the study group was 90.91%, higher than that of the
control group(63.64%, P ＜0.05). The scores of general health, social relations, psychological function and physical function
in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The dialectical nursing based on the
pathogenesis of burn in traditional Chinese medicine through accurate analysis can effectively promote the recovery of patients,
relieve pain and improve the quality of comprehensive recovery.
