[摘要]目的：探讨308nm准分子激光联合驱白巴布斯片对面部白癜风患者的美容修复效果。方法：选取笔者医院收治的面
部白癜风患者80例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。两组患者均进行308nm准分子激光治疗，观察组在此基础上予
以驱白巴布斯片口服。观察并比较两组患者临床疗效、皮损复色时间及血生化指标。结果：观察组的总有效率为92.5%，
显著高于对照组的75.00%（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者额区、颊区、眼区、鼻区、口区皮损复色时间明显少于对照组，差异
有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者CD3+T、CD4+T、CD4+T/CD8+T均升高，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意
义（P ＜0.05）；两组患者CD8+T、干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、白介素-12（IL-12）、白介素-4（IL-4）水平均降低，观察组低
于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：308nm准分子激光联合驱白巴布斯片能够更为显著地改善白癜风患者免疫
功能，促进黑素细胞的产生，促进患处的修复。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the cosmetic repair effect in patients with facial vitiligo by using 308nm excimer laser combined
with Qubaibasi tablets. Methods 80 patients with facial vitiligo admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control
group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups of patients were treated with 308nm excimer
laser, and the observation group was treated with Qubaibasi tablets on this basis. The clinical effi cacy, skin lesion recoloration
time and blood biochemical indexes were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate
of patients in the observation group was 92.5%, significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%, P ＜0.05). The
recovery times of skin lesions in frontal area, buccal area, eye area, nose area and mouth area in the observation group were
signifi cantly shorter than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3+T, CD4+T, CD4+T/CD8+T in
the two groups all increased, and the levels of CD3+T, CD4+T, CD4+T/CD8+T in the observation group were higher than those in
the control group (P ＜0.05). The levels of CD8+T, interferon-γ (IFN-γ), interleukin-12 (IL-12), interleukin-4 (IL-4) in the
two groups all decreased, and the levels of CD8+T, IFN-γ, IL-12, IL-4 in the observation group were lower than those in
the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion 308nm excimer laser combined with Qubaibasi tablets can signifi cantly improve the
immune function of vitiligo patients, promote the production of melanocytes, and promote the repair of affected parts.
