[摘要]目的：探究加速康复外科（Enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAS）理念下护理对鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者麻醉苏
醒情况及疼痛的影响。方法：选取2016年2月-2018年5月在笔者医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科就诊的90例鼻中隔偏曲患者，随机分
为常规组（45例）和ERAS理念组（45例）。所有患者均行鼻中隔矫正术治疗。常规组给予常规护理，ERAS理念组则给予基于
ERAS理念的护理。两组均护理至出院。观察并比较两组的拔管时间、定向力恢复时间、不同时间点的视觉模拟评分（Visual
analogue score，VAS）、生活质量及并发症。结果：ERAS理念组的拔管时间、定向力恢复时间、术后12h、术后24h、术后
48h的VAS评分均显著低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。ERAS理念组在饮食、睡眠、心理状态、疾病认知、治疗
态度上的生活质量评分均显著高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。ERAS理念组并发症发生率为8.89%，显著低于常
规组的33.33%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：基于ERAS的护理干预能够有效改善鼻中隔矫正术患者麻醉苏醒情况
及术后生活质量，降低疼痛程度及并发症发生率，值得推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of nursing under the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) on
anesthesia recovery and pain of patients undergoing nasal septum deviation correction. Methods From February 2016 to May
2018, 90 patients with nasal septum deviation were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group (45 cases) and
the ERAS concept group (45 cases). All patients were treated with septoplasty. The conventional group received conventional
care while the ERAS concept group received care based on ERAS concept. Both groups were nursed to discharge. The
extubation time, directional force recovery time, visual analogue scale(VAS), quality of life and complications in the two groups
were observed and compared. Results The extubation time, directional force recovery time, scores of VAS of 12h, 24h and 48h
after operation in the ERAS concept group were signifi cantly lower than those in the conventional group, the differences were
statistically signifi cant(P ＜0.05). The scores of quality of life in diet, sleep, psychological state, disease cognition and treatment
attitude in the ERAS concept group were signifi cantly higher than those in the conventional group(P ＜0.05). The incidence of
complications in the ERAS concept group was 8.89%, signifi cantly lower than 33.33% in the conventional group(P ＜0.05).
Conclusion Nursing intervention based on ERAS can effectively improve anesthesia recovery and postoperative quality of life
of patients undergoing nasal septum correction, reduce pain degree and complication rate, and is worthy of promotion.
