[摘要]目的：探讨595nm脉冲染料激光联合0.5%马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液外敷治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的临床疗效。方法：选取笔者
科室2017年6月-2019年1月收治入院的90例婴幼儿血管瘤患儿为研究对象，根据随机数字法将患儿分为观察组和对照组，每
组45例。对照组：患儿给予0.5%马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液外敷治疗；观察组：给予0.5%马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液外敷联合595nm
脉冲染料激光治疗。比较两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效，病灶厚度、颜色、面积消退程度，显效时间及不良反应情况。结果：
治疗后，观察组患儿的总有效率88.89%，明显高于对照组（68.89%）(χ2=4.27，P =0.04)；观察组患儿显效时间明显早于对
照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者病灶厚度、颜色、面积消退程度评分明显高于对照组，观察组患儿的不良反应事件总发生率
（2.22%）明显低于对照组（15.56%）(χ2=4.49，P =0.03）。结论：595nm脉冲染料激光联合0.5%马来酸噻吗洛尔滴眼液外敷
治疗婴幼儿血管瘤临床疗效显著，见效时间快且不良反应发生率相对较低，外观美容效果明显，值得在临床上推广。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effi cacy of 595 nm pulsed dye laser combined with 0.5% timolol maleate eye drops
in the treatment of infantile hemangioma. Methods Ninety infants with hemangioma admitted to our hospital from June 2017
to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number method, the patients were divided into
observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 0.5% timolol maleate eye
drops, while the observation group was treated with 0.5% timolol maleate eye drops combined with 595 nm pulsed dye
laser. The clinical effi cacy, effective time and adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results
After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group (88.89%) was signifi cantly higher than that of the control
group (68.89%) (χ2=4.27, P =0.04).The effective time of the observation group was signifi cantly earlier than the control
group (P ＜0.05). The scores of lesion thickness, color and area in the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those in
the control group. The incidence of adverse reaction events in the observation group (2.22%) was signifi cantly lower than that
in the control group (15.56%) (χ2=4.49, P =0.03). Conclusion 595 nm pulsed dye laser combined with 0.5% timol maleate eye
drops for external application in the treatment of infantile hemangioma has signifi cant clinical effi cacy, quick response time and
relatively low incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
