[摘要]目的：观察三氧化物凝聚体(MTA)在年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形术中的疗效。方法：选择来笔者医院就诊的43例患者的43
颗根尖发育不全的死髓年轻恒牙，完成根管预备与消毒，联合显微镜，使用MTA对根尖区根管下段进行充填治疗，充填厚度
约4～5mm。X线片检测MTA充填是否适量，1周后根管充填，定期复诊，随访2年。结果：43例患者复诊时未诉不适，患牙功能
良好。36例患者随访时间达2年，纳入最终疗效评价。其中33例患者术后患牙根尖区基本形成，2例患者术后患牙根尖开放明
显较小，1例患者术后根尖区开放无明显变化。结论：MTA进行根尖诱导成形术的临床效果良好，是临床上较理想的根尖诱导
治疗材料。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the apex closure effects of MTA in the treatmennt of injuried young permanent teeth
apexification. Methods 43 injuried young permanent teeth with pulp necrosis were included in this experiment, and all of
these cases were designed to be followed up for 2 years. The root canals were cleaned, then fi lled with MTA under microscope
to form 4-5mm thick apical barrier. Results At follow-up,43 patients had no complaints, all of the diseased teeth functioned
well. 36 cases were followed up for 2 years and fi nally included in the evaluation. 33 teeth were completely cured. The apical
radiolucent area were signifi cantly decreased in 2 cases, but had no change in 1 case. Conclusion MTA is an ideal material for
apexifi cation in the treatment of injuried young permanet teeth with pulp necrosis.
