摘要:
[摘要]上颌横向发育不足是临床上常见的错牙合畸形，主要表现为上颌牙弓/基骨狭窄、后牙反牙合/锁牙合等，最常采用上颌扩
弓的治疗方式解决。上颌慢速扩弓在矫治时更符合生理学特点，在临床上得到普遍应用。四眼圈簧(Quad-helix)作为上颌慢
速扩弓的代表性矫治器,可根据需求灵活设计，扩弓效果良好。近年来，大量临床研究对比了四眼圈簧与其他矫治器的矫治
效果、长期稳定性和成本效益，本文就四眼圈簧的临床应用效果进行论述，旨在为临床医生的应用提供参考。

Abstract:
Abstract: Maxillary transverse deficiency is a common malocclusion,which is mainly manifested as constricted maxillary
arch,constricted basal bone,posterior crossbite,scissors bite,etc. The most frequent treatment for maxillary transverse defi ciency
is maxillary expansion. Slow maxillary expansion,as a widely applied method,is more reasonable for the physiologic
characteristics.As the representative appliance of slow maxillary expansion,quad-helix can be designed fl exibly according to
needs and its curative effect is reliable.In recent years, many studies compared the therapeutic efficacy, long-term stability
and cost-effectiveness of quad-helix with other appliances. Therefore,we review the clinical application of quad-helix, aim to
provide references for clinicians.
