摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨含百脉根籽提取物（Loutus Corniculatus seed Extract, LCE）的产品治疗面部轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。
方法：将90例面部轻中度痤疮患者依据治疗措施不同进行分组，LCE安瓶组（观察1组）、LCE安瓶及LCE喷雾组（观察2组）
和不含LCE的安瓶组（对照组）各30例。观察三组患者皮损疗效、痤疮（炎性丘疹）部位毛孔数量和单个痤疮体积的变化。
结果：治疗4周后，观察1组和观察2组皮损总有效率高于对照组，单个痤疮体积值及皮肤毛孔数量值的减少率优于对照组，
差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：以百脉根籽提取物为有效成分的LCE安瓶及喷雾治疗面部轻中度痤疮疗效显著，能
有效改善痤疮体积及毛孔数量，可在临床推广应用。

Abstract:: Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the product with Loutus Corniculatus seed Extract (LCE) to treat
mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods 90 patients with mild to moderate facial acne vulgaris were divided into three groups
according to different treatment measures: LCE Ampoule group (observation 1 group), LCE Ampoule and LCE Mist group
(observation 2 group), and Ampoule without LCE group(control group) with 30 cases in each group. The curative effect of skin
lesions, the number of pores in the site of acne (inflammatory papule) and the volume of single acne were observed in the three
groups. Results After 4 weeks, the total effective rate of skin lesions in observation group 1 and 2 was significantly higher than
that in the control group(P ＜0.05), and the reduction rate of single acne volume (V value) and skin pore number (n value) in
the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion LCE Ampoule and LCE
Mist with Loutus Corniculatus seed Extract as the active ingredient are effective in the treatment of mild to moderate facial acne
vulgaris and can effectively improve the volume of acne and the number of pores, which is worth to apply in clinics.
