摘要:

[摘要]目的：分析复方甘草酸苷联合氢醌乳膏治疗面部黄褐斑的疗效。方法：选取2017年1月-2018年12月于笔者医院皮肤科
就诊的142例面部黄褐斑患者为研究对象，并根据患者的治疗方案进行分组，观察组：71例，采用复方甘草酸苷联合氢醌乳
膏进行治疗；对照组：71例，采用氢醌乳膏进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后皮肤屏障生理功能指标以及治疗前后皮损面
积、颜色。结果：观察组患者治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。比较两组患者治疗前后皮肤
屏障生理功能指标，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），观察组患者治疗后角质层含水量明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学
意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后经皮失水值以及皮肤黑色素明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗
后，观察组黄褐斑面积明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），观察组黄褐斑颜色明显低于对照组，差异具有
统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：复方甘草酸苷联合氢醌乳膏治疗面部黄褐斑安全、有效，并能够通过调节患者血清性激素
的表达水平改善其疗效。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with hydroquinone cream on facial
chloasma. Methods A total of 142 patients with facial melasma admitted to our department of skin and beauty from January
2017 to December 2018 were divided into observation group (n =71, compound glycyrrhizin combined with hydroquinone
cream) and control group (n =71, hydroquinone cream) according to the treatment plan. Skin barrier physiological function
index and area and color before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of
treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).The differences of skin
barrier physiological function indexes before and after treatment between the two groups were statistically significant
(P ＜0.05). The water content of the stratum corneum in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the
control group after treatment (P ＜0.05). The transepidermal water loss and skin melanin were significantly lower than
the control group after treatment (P ＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the area of chloasma between the two
groups before treatment (P ＞0.05). The area of chloasma in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the
control group (P ＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the color of chloasma between the two groups before treatment
(P ＞0.05).After treatment, the color of chloasma in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group
(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with hydroquinone cream is safe and effective on the treatment of
facial chloasma, and can improve the therapeutic effect by regulating the expression level of serum sex hormones.
