[摘要]目的：观察射频及可吸收线埋置联合A型肉毒毒素注射在面部年轻化中的临床效果。方法：选取2016年1月-2018年12
月笔者科室收治的200例面部有衰老表现的患者，首先使用射频仪器治疗，4周后采用可吸收线埋置术及A型肉毒毒素注射。
治疗前后分别对患者的面部进行拍照，对面部皱纹及松弛度进行评分，同时评估医患双方满意度，患者的生活质量改善情况
及不良反应。结果：所有入选患者经过联合治疗后面部老化问题均有所改善，面部的皱纹及松弛度评分较前减轻，达到提升
紧致的临床效果。3个月回访发现额纹、眉间纹、“鱼尾纹”、法令纹及下颌缘松弛改善平均有效率达到96.0%，6个月时降
为80.0%。医生和患者对疗效满意度分别为94.5%和95.5%，患者生活质量也较前改善。除17例患者出现面部轻度不对称及15
例患者出现表情轻度不自然外（均在3个月内恢复），未发现明显不良反应。结论：射频及可吸收线埋置联合A型肉毒毒素注
射在面部年轻化中的临床疗效确切，患者满意率高，值得进一步推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effects of radio frequency（RF） combined with absorbable suture embedding
and botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A) injection in facial rejuvenation. Methods All 200 patients with facial aging were selected
from January 2016 to December 2018 and were treated by radio frequency firstly, followed by absorbable suture embedding and
botulinum toxin type A injection 4 weeks later. We took pictures and scored the degree of facial wrinkles and sagging before
and after treatment. Meanwhile, we observe the satisfaction of doctors and patients,the improvement of patients’ quality of life
and complications. Results The facial aging problems were improved and the scores of wrinkles and sagging were alleviated in
all cases after combined therapy. The average effective rate of forehead wrinkles, glabellar wrinkles, crow’s feet, nasolabial fold
and mandibular margin sagging was 96.0% at 3 months after treatment and decreased to 80.0% at 6 months after treatment. The
satisfaction of doctors and patients was 94.5% and 95.5% , respectively. And the patients’ quality of life were also improved.
Except 17 patients with mild facial asymmetry and 15 patients with mild facial irregularity (all recovered within 3 months
after treatment), no obvious adverse reactions were found. Conclusion Radio frequency combined with absorbable suture
embedding and botulinum toxin type A injection can significantly improve the treatment outcomes of facial rejuvenation,which
is worth promoting.
