摘要:
[摘要]目的:研究负压封闭引流技术治疗慢性难愈性烧伤创面的临床效果。方法:以笔者医院2015年1月-2019年2月收治
的100例慢性难愈性烧伤创面患者作为研究对象,按照患者的住院编号,使用随机数字表,分为观察组和对照组,每组50
例。两组患者均采取常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采取负压封闭引流技术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、创面皮肤外观
以及不良反应之间的差异。结果:观察组患者的创面2周愈合率显著高于对照组,完全愈合时间显著低于对照组,差异有
统计学意义(P <0.05);创面完全愈合后,观察组皮肤均一性、松弛度以及瘢痕严重程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学
意义(P <0.05);两组湿疹、瘙痒以及灼痛感发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:负压封闭引流技术可有效
缩短慢性难愈性烧伤创面的愈合时间,预后良好,建议临床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage on chronic refractory burn wounds. Methods In
this study, 100 patients with chronic refractory burn wounds admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2019 were
taken as the research objects. According to the inpatient number and random number table, the above patients were divided
into the observation group and the control group, with 50 patients in each group. The patients in both groups were treated with
routine treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with negative pressure sealing drainage technology on
this basis, and the patients in the two groups were compared The difference of treatment effect, skin appearance of wound and
adverse reactions. Results The 2-week wound healing rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the
control group, and the complete healing time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the
differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After the wound healed completely, the skin uniformity, relaxation and scar
severity in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant
difference in the incidence of eczema, pruritus and burning between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion The vacuum
sealing drainage technique can effectively shorten the healing time of patients with chronic refractory burn wounds, and the
prognosis is good, so it is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.
