[摘要]目的:探究血清促红细胞生成素(EPO)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)与Ⅱ度烧伤
患者创面愈合及瘢痕程度的关系。方法:选取笔者医院2017年5月-2019年5月收治的Ⅱ度烧伤患者84例作为研究对象,对比
不同血清EPO、TGF-β1、ICAM-1水平患者创面愈合时间、创面愈合率及温哥华瘢痕量表(Vancouver scar scale,VSS)评
分,Pearson相关性分析血清各指标与创面愈合时间、VSS评分关联性。结果:血清TGF-β1、EPO高表达者创面愈合时间短于
低表达者,创面愈合率高于低表达者;ICAM-1高表达者创面愈合时间长于低表达者,创面愈合率低于低表达者,差异均有统
计学意义(P <0.05)。血清EPO、TGF-β1与创面愈合时间呈负相关,与创面愈合率呈正相关,ICAM-1与创面愈合时间呈正
相关,与创面愈合率呈负相关(P <0.05)。血清EPO高表达者色泽、厚度、血管分布、柔软度评分低于低表达者,TGF-β1
高表达者色泽、厚度、血管分布、柔软度评分高于低表达者(P <0.05);血清EPO与瘢痕色泽、厚度、血管分布、柔软度评
分呈负相关,TGF-β1与瘢痕色泽、厚度、血管分布、柔软度评分呈正相关(P <0.05)。不同血清ICAM-1水平患者色泽、厚
度、血管分布、柔软度评分无比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:血清EPO、TGF-β1、ICAM-1与Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面
愈合时间、创面愈合率显著相关,且血清EPO、TGF-β1与创面瘢痕形成密切相关,调控三者表达可能为烧伤患者创面高质量
愈合提供了一个潜在干预思路。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the relationship between serum erythropoietin (EPO), transforming growth factor-β1
(TGF-β1), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and wound healing and degree of scarring in patients with second degree
burns. Methods A total of 84 patients with second degree burns treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were
selected as the research objects.Compare the wound healing time, wound area healing rate and the Vancouver scar scale (VSS)
score of patients with different serum EPO, TGF-β1, and ICAM-1 levels.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the
correlation of serum indexes with wound healing time and VSS score. Results The serum TGF-β1 and EPO high expression
patients had shorter wound healing time than those with low expression.The wound healing time of ICAM-1 high expression
was longer than that of low expression, and the wound healing rate was lower than that of low expression (P <0.05). Serum
EPO and TGF-β1 were negatively correlated with wound healing time and positively correlated with wound area healing rate,
ICAM-1 was positively correlated with wound healing time and negatively correlated with wound area healing rate (P <0.05).
Those with high serum EPO expression had lower color, thickness, blood vessel distribution, and softness scores than those with
low expression, and those with high expression of TGF-β1 had higher color, thickness, blood vessel distribution, and softness
scores than those with low expression (P <0.05). Serum EPO was negatively correlated with scar color, thickness, blood vessel
distribution, and softness score, and TGF-β1 was positively correlated with scar color, thickness, blood vessel distribution, and
softness score (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in color, thickness, vascular distribution and softness scores among
patients with different serum ICAM-1 levels (P >0.05). Conclusion Serum EPO, TGF-β1, ICAM-1 are significantly correlated
with wound healing time and wound area healing rate in patients with second degree burns.In addition, serum EPO and TGF-β1
are closely related to wound scar formation. Regulation of the three expressions may provide a potential intervention for high
quality wound healing in burn patients.
