[摘要]目的:探讨不同长度的纤维桩和模拟牙周膜对离体牙修复后抗折强度的影响。方法:将54颗下颌前磨牙随机分为六
组,A1、B1、C1组用硅橡胶印模材料模拟牙周膜,制备桩道深度分别为6mm、9mm、12mm;A2、B2、C2无模拟牙周膜,制
备桩道深度分别为6mm、9mm、12mm;根管治疗、纤维桩树脂核及全瓷冠修复后,将样本置于万能试验机上与牙长轴成45°
以1mm/min持续加载至折裂,记录样本折裂时加载值和折裂模式。结果:两因素方差分析显示纤维桩长度和模拟牙周膜对样
本牙抗强度没有交互作用(P >0.05);不同纤维桩长度和模拟牙周膜对样本牙抗折强度均无显著影响(P >0.05)。各组试
样牙断裂模式多为可修复性断裂模式(P >0.05)。结论:纤维桩长度对桩核冠修复体的抗折强度无明显影响,在离体牙抗
折强度实验研究中使用弹性印模材料模拟牙周膜对实验结果无明显意义。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of different post lengths and simulated periodontal ligament on the fracture
resistance after restoration in vitro study. Methods 54 mandibular premolars were randomly divided into 6 groups (n =9) of
three different post insertion depths (6mm,9mm,12mm) and simulated periodontal ligament(with and without).All of them were
restored by glass fiber posts with composite resin core and all-ceramic crown. The samples were loaded in a testing machine
with a crosshead speed of 1 mm/min at a 45° angle to the long axis of the tooth until tooth fracture occurred. The maximum
load and failure mode were recorded. Results Fiber post lengths and simulated periodontal ligament had no interaction effect
on the fracture resistance (P >0.05).Different fiber post lengths and simulated periodontal ligament had no significant effect
on the tooth resistance of the samples (P >0.05). The fracture modes of teeth in each group were mostly repairable (P >0.05).
Conclusion In the experimental study of the fracture resistance of teeth in vitro, the use of elastic impression materials to
simulate the periodontal ligament had no significant effect on the experimental results.
