[摘要]目的：探讨口腔正畸治疗牙列缺损的疗效及对牙齿功能的影响。方法：选择2017年5月-2018年5月笔者医院接诊的
90例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，根据修复方式分为观察组（n =47）和对照组（n =43），对照组接受修复治疗，观察
组采用口腔正畸进行治疗。比较两患者修复后优良率，牙齿功能评分，牙菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、前牙覆盖与覆牙合良
好、后牙咬颌状况良好、牙齿排列整齐及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，两组优良率分别为93.62%、72.09%，
比较有显著性差异（P ＜0 . 0 5）；治疗前，两组患者咀嚼、语言、固位评分无明显差异；治疗后，两组患者咀嚼、语
言、固位评分均明显改善，且观察组高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗后复查，观察组患者牙周袋指数、牙齿表面菌斑
指数均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组前牙覆盖与覆牙合良好、后牙咬颌状况良好及牙齿排列整齐均显著高于对
照组，有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）；治疗后，两组不良反应总发生率分别为4.26%、23.26%，有显著性差异（P ＜0.05）。结
论：在牙列缺损患者中应用口腔正畸效果显著，可有效改善患者牙齿功能，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study curative efficacy of orthodontics in treatment of dentition defectand its effectsontooth function.
Methods 90 patients with dentition defects admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research
objects. According to the repair methods, they were divided into the observation group (n =47) and the control group (n =43).
The control group received repair treatment, and the observation group received orthodontic treatment. The excellent and
good rate, dental function score, dental plaque index, periodontal pocket depth, good anterior tooth coverage and overbite,
good posterior teeth bite condition, orderly teeth arrangement and adverse reactions were compared between the two patients.
Results After treatment, the excellent and good rates in the two groups were 93.62% and 72.09%, respectively, with significant
differences (P ＜0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in chewing, speech and retention scores between
the two groups. After treatment, chewing, speech and retention scores of the two groups were significantly improved, and the
observation group was higher than the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the periodontal pocket index and dental plaque
index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the observation group
had good anterior teeth coverage and overbite, good posterior teeth bite condition and orderly teeth arrangement, which were
significantly higher than the control group (P ＜0.05). After treatment, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups
were 4.26% and 23.26%, respectively (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The application of orthodontic in the patients with dentition
defect has a remarkable effect and can effectively improve the dental function of the patients.
