摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨甘氨酸喷砂技术结合龈下超声洁治对慢性牙周炎临床指标的影响。方法：选取26例慢性牙周炎患者，采
用口腔自身交叉对照设计，实验组进行龈下超声洁治加甘氨酸喷砂治疗，对照组采用龈下超声洁治，在治疗前(基线)、治
疗后1个月进行临床指标的检测(包括菌斑指数、探诊深度、出血指数、附着丧失)。采用VAS视觉模拟评分法评估同一患者
治疗时的舒适度。结果：治疗后1个月，两组临床指标较基线有明显改善，且实验组优于对照组，两组间差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。实验组治疗后即刻VAS疼痛评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：超声洁治结合甘氨酸喷砂粉龈下喷砂能够改
善慢性牙周炎患者的牙周临床指标，并能降低患者不适感。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To assess the clinical effect of subgingival glycine air polishing combined with subgingival sandblasting
in the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods A total of twenty-six patients with chronic periodontitis were dividwd
according to their own cross-control principle groups. The patients in observation group was treated with the treatment of
subgingival glycine air polishing combined with subgingival sandblasting, while the patients in control group suffered only
jet and water during sandblasting. The periodontal clinical indexes (dental plaque index, depth of diagnosis, bleeding index,
attachment loss) before and after 1 months of treatment .VAS pain score was used to assess the pain level of the two groups.
Results Three months after treatment,the clinical periodontal indexes of two groups were significantly improved. the indexes
of observation group after treatment were significantly better than those of control group（P ＜0.05）. The pain score of VAS
immediately after the treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（P ＜0.05）. Conclusion
Subgingival glycine air polishing combined with subgingival sandblasting is more conducive to improving the periodontal
clinical indicators of patients, and could reduce patients＇discomfort.
