[摘要]目的：研究瓷贴面及树脂修复应用于前牙散在间隙修复的效果及美观性。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年1月笔者医院
收治的120例前牙散在间隙患者为研究对象，按照修复材料将其分为瓷贴面组和树脂组，每组60例，瓷贴面组采取瓷贴面材
料修复前牙间隙，树脂组采用复合树脂材料修复前牙；比较两组修复后的临床疗效满意度及美观评分；比较两组修复前后
的咬合力、咀嚼效率、咀嚼疼痛视觉模拟（VAS）评分及汉密顿焦虑（HAMA）评分，另比较两组修复后半年不良事件发生情
况。 结果：瓷贴面组复诊满意度为90.00%，明显高于树脂组的75.00%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；瓷贴面组修复后
颜色匹配度、边缘着色、继发龋、表面光滑度及敏感度评分均明显低于树脂组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。瓷贴面组
修复后咀嚼效率明显高于修复前及树脂组修复后，咀嚼VAS、HAMA评分明显低于修复前及树脂组修复后，差异有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。修复后半年瓷贴面组不良事件总发生率为11.67%，与树脂组16.67%比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结
论：瓷贴面用于前牙散在间隙修复拥有更好的疗效和美观效果，且不增加修复后不良事件发生率。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the effect and aesthetics of porcelain veneer and resin restoration applied to the restoration of
scattered space of anterior teeth. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 120 patients with scattered anterior teeth in our
hospital were selected as research objects,According to the repair materials, they were divided into porcelain veneer group and
resin group, 60 cases in each group;In the ceramic veneer group, the anterior teeth were repaired with ceramic veneer material,
and in the resin group, the anterior teeth were repaired with composite resin material;Comparison of clinical efficacy satisfaction
and aesthetic score between the two groups;The bite force, masticatory efficiency, visual analogue of masticatory pain (VAS)
and Hamilton Anxiety (HAMA) were compared before and after restoration;The incidence of adverse events was compared
between the two groups half a year after repair. Results The satisfaction rate of porcelain veneer group was 90.00%,which was
significantly higher than that of resin group (75.00%) (P ＜0.05).The scores of color matching, edge coloring, secondary caries,
surface smoothness and sensitivity in porcelain veneer group were significantly lower than those in resin group (P ＜0.05).The
masticatory efficiency of the porcelain veneer group was significantly higher than that of the resin group and the masticatory
vas and HAMA scores were significantly lower than that of the resin group (P ＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse events
was 11.67% in the porcelain veneer group and 16.67% in the resin group, with no significant difference (P ＞0.05). Conclusion
Porcelain veneer has better curative effect and aesthetic effect on anterior teeth space restoration, and does not increase the
incidence of adverse events after restoration.
