[摘要]目的：探讨线雕联合透明质酸注射在私密整形中的护理方法。方法：收集笔者科室2017年5月-2019年1月的8例实施该
手术患者的临床资料，通过对本组患者进行围手术期的常规护理、心理护理、术区护理、出院宣教及术后随访，总结线雕联
合透明质酸注射治疗阴道松弛的围手术期护理经验。结果：本组患者术后均未出现血肿、感染等并发症，恢复期短，较传统
手术而言患者心理接受度高，术后随访3～12个月，均述性生活质量有所改善，心理状态平稳。结论：通过对患者的心理护
理、皮肤护理、术区护理、出院宣教等围手术期护理有助于术后顺利康复，对临床治疗效果起着积极促进作用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the nursing method of line carving combined with hyaluronic acid in private plastic surgery.
Methods The clinical data of 8 patients who underwent this operation from May 2017 to January 2019 in our department
were collected. The patients underwent perioperative routine nursing, psychological nursing, surgical care, discharge education
and postoperative follow-up. Summarize the perioperative nursing experience of line carving combined with hyaluronic acid
treatment of vaginal relaxation. Results There were no complications such as hematoma and infection after operation between
this group. And the recovery period was short. In addition, the patient’s psychological acceptance was higher than that of
traditional surgery. After 3 to 12 months of follow-up, the quality of patient’s life was improved. The mental state is stable as
well. Conclusion Perioperative nursing such as psychological nursing, skin care, surgical care, and discharge education can
help the smooth recovery after surgery and it also plays an active role in promoting clinical treatment.
