[摘要]目的：探究行为阶段-交谈方式对应式心理引导对手部烧伤患者身心健康的影响。方法：选择2015年1月-2018年1月到
四川大学华西医院就诊的手部烧伤患者110例，根据随机数表法分为对照组及观察组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予行
为阶段-交谈方式对应式心理引导，两组患者均护理至出院并随访6个月。统计两组患者手指关节总活动度，通过焦虑自评量
表（Self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）和抑郁自评量表（Self-rating depression scale，SDS）评估焦虑、抑郁情况，
采用Michigan手功能问卷表（Michigan hand outcome questionnaire，MHQ）评估手部功能，采用简明烧伤健康量表（the
Abbreviated burn specific health scale，BSHS-A）评估生存质量。结果：观察组干预后手指关节总活动度优于对照
组，SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组干预后总体功能、日常活动、工作情况、外观
及满意度评分均高于对照组，疼痛评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组干预后BSHS-A评分均高于对
照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：行为阶段-交谈方式对应式心理引导可促进手部烧伤患者手部功能恢复并改
善负性情绪。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore effects of behavior stage-conversation mode corresponding psychological guidance on physical
and mental health of patients with hand burns. Methods A total of 110 hand burn patients who were treated in West China
Hospital of Sichuan University from January 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled. They were divided into the control group
and the observation group according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the
observation group was given behavior stage-conversation mode corresponding psychological guidance. Both groups were
nursed till discharge and followed up for 6 months. The total motion range of finger joints in both groups was statistically
analyzed. The anxiety and depression were assessed by Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Self-rating depression scale (SDS).
The hand function was assessed by Michigan hand outcomes questionnaire (MHQ). Burn specific health scale-brief (BSHS-A)
was performed to assesses quality of life. Results After intervention, total motion range of finger joints in the observation group
was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the
observation group were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The scores of general function, daily activity, working
condition, appearance and satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of
pain were lower than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). The BSHS-A score of the observation group was higher than those
of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Behavior stage-conversation mode corresponding psychological guidance can
promote recovery of hand function and improve negative emotions in patients with hand burns.
