摘要:
[摘要]切开重睑术存在术后瘀青、水肿、恢复时间较长等术后并发症，围术期对术区的处理是术后恢复的关键步骤。近年
来，对于切开重睑术术区的处理方法不一。为寻找有效、简便的方法或药物以减少眼睑肿胀，进一步促进消退提供更好的策
略，本文将对如何减少切开重睑术术区肿胀的术前准备，麻醉、手术方式改进，术后护理及用药的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:
Abstract:There are postoperative complications such as ecchymosis, edema and long recovery time in the operation of double
eyelid incision. In recent years, there are different methods to deal with the area of double eyelid operation. In order to provide
a better strategy for effective and simple methods or drugs to reduce eyelid swelling and promote regression, this paper will
review the research progress on how to reduce preoperative preparation, anesthesia, operation mode improvement, postoperative
nursing and medication of the swelling in the operation area of double eyelid incision.
