[摘要]目的:观察龙血素B(Loureirin B,LB)对体外培养人永生化角质形成细胞(Immortalized human keratinocytes,
HaCaT)增殖和迁移的影响,探究LB是否促进创面愈合再上皮化过程。方法:噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测不同浓度LB对体外培养
HaCaT细胞增殖的影响,细胞划痕实验分析LB对HaCaT细胞迁移的影响。结果:5、10、25、50μg/ml LB呈剂量依赖性抑制
HaCaT细胞增殖(P <0.05),10、25μg/ml LB呈剂量依赖性抑制划痕愈合及HaCaT细胞迁移(P <0.01)。结论:LB具有显
著抑制HaCaT细胞增殖和迁移的作用,提示LB可能抑制创面愈合再上皮化过程。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of Loureirin B (LB) on proliferation and migration of human immortalized human
keratinocytes (HaCaT) in vitro, and explore whether LB can promote the re-epithelialization process of wound healing.
Methods The effects of different concentrations of LB on proliferation of HaCaT cells were evaluated by MTT assay, and
the effects on migration of HaCaT cells were analyzed by scratch wound assays. Results 5, 10, 25, 50μg/ml LB inhibited
proliferation of HaCaT cells in a dose-dependent manner (P <0.05). 10, 25μg/ml LB suppressed scratch closure and migration
of HaCaT cells in a dose-dependent manner (P <0.01). Conclusion LB can signifi cantly inhibit proliferation and migration of
HaCaT cells, suggesting that LB may have an inhibitory effect on the re-epithelialization process of wound healing.
