[摘要]目的:探讨CO2点阵激光联合曲安奈德注射液封包治疗稳定期白癜风的临床疗效及安全性。方法:按照随机数字法将
2018年1月-2019年5月笔者医院收治的240例稳定期白癜风患者分为A、B、C、D组,每组60例。A组(脉冲能量30mJ,点阵覆
盖率6.3%)与B组(脉冲能量100mJ,点阵覆盖率1.2%)均采用CO2点阵激光联合曲安奈德注射液封包进行治疗,C组(脉冲能量
100mJ,点阵覆盖率1.2%)与D组(脉冲能量30mJ,点阵覆盖率6.3%)采用CO2点阵激光进行治疗,连续治疗6个月。治疗后随
访6个月,比较四组的临床疗效、复发率及不良反应;比较治疗后即刻、1个月、3个月四组的患者生活质量评分和满意度
评分。结果:A组的总有效率(95.00% vs 76.67%,55.00%,80.00%)明显高于B、C、D组(P <0.05),B组与D组明显高于C
组(P <0.05)。治疗后1个月、3个月,A组、B组、D组的生活质量评分与满意度评分较治疗后即刻均无明显变化(P >0.05),
C组在治疗后3个月的生活质量评分与满意度评分均明显降低(P <0.05);各时间点A组的生活质量评分与满意度评分均明显高
于B组、C组、D组(P <0.05),B组与D组明显高于C组(P <0.05)。A组、B组、D组的复发率(1.67%,5.00%,5.00%vs20.00%)明
显低于C组(P <0.05),四组之间的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:低能量高密度CO2点阵激光联
合曲安奈德注射液封包治疗稳定期白癜风疗效好、安全性高,可以作为白癜风的较佳临床治疗方案。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effi cacy and safety of CO2 lattice laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide
injection packet in the treatment of vitiligo in stable phase. Methods According to the random number method, 240 patients
with vitiligo in stable phase who were divided into group A, group B, group C and group D in our hospital from January 2018 to
May 2019, with 60 patients in each group. The patients were treated by CO2 lattice laser combined with triamcinolone acetonide
injection packet in group A (pulse energy 30mJ, lattice coverage rate 6.3%) and group B (pulse energy 100mJ, lattice coverage
rate 1.2%). The patients were treated by CO2 lattice laser in group C(pulse energy 100mJ, lattice coverage rate 1.2%) and
group D(pulse energy 30mJ, lattice coverage rate 6.3%). All patients were continuously treated for 6 months. The patients were
followed up for 6 months after treatment, and the clinical effi cacy, recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the 4 groups were
compared.The quality of life scores and satisfaction scores of the 4 groups were compared immediately, 1 month and 3 months
safter treatment. Results The total effective rate(95.00% vs 76.67%, 55.00%, 80.00%) in group A was significantly higher
than that in group B, group C and group D(P <0.05), the group B and group D was signifi cantly higher than that in group C(P
<0.05). The scores of life quality and satisfaction in group A, group B and group D at 1 and 3 months after treatment showed
no signifi cant changes compared with those immediately after treatment(P >0.05), the scores of life quality and satisfaction
in group C were signifi cantly reduced 3 months after treatment(P <0.05). The scores of life quality and satisfaction in group
A was signifi cantly higher than that in group B, group C and group D(P <0.05), the group B and group D was signifi cantly
higher than that in group C(P <0.05). The recurrence rate(1.67%, 5.00%, 5.00% vs 20.00%) in group A, group B and group D
was signifi cantly lower than that in group C(P <0.05). There was no signifi cant difference on incidence of adverse reactions
between 4 groups(P >0.05). Conclusion Low energy and high density of CO2 lattice laser combined with triamcinolone
acetonide injection packet had a good effi cacy and high safety in the treatment of vitiligo in stable phase. It could be used as a
better clinical treatment plan for vitiligo.
