[摘要]目的：探讨果酸换肤与复方木尼孜其颗粒联合治疗中重度痤疮的疗效及对皮肤生理指标的影响。方法：选取2017年4
月-2019年4月笔者医院收治的中重度面部痤疮患者60例，按数字表法分为对照组和联合组，每组30例。对照组采用单一的
果酸换肤术治疗，联合组在对照组基础上联合复方木尼孜其颗粒治疗，两组患者通过VISIA皮肤检测仪检测面部皮肤质地，
包括：棕色斑、红色区、紫质、毛孔，症候积分，并观察两组的不良反应发生情况。结果：联合组患者有效率76.67%，优
于对照组的43.33%（P ＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者面部毛孔、棕色斑、紫质、红色区无明显差异（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，
两组患者面部状况均有所改善，但联合组的面部斑点、紫质、红色区明显低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后症状积
分[(14.73±5.81)vs(10.77±4.28)]比较，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；对照组与联合组的不良反应发生率[6.7%（2/30）
vs 10.0%(3/30)]比较，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论：果酸换肤与复方木尼孜其颗粒联合治疗中重度痤疮临床效果
好，不良反应少，安全性高，值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effi cacy of the combination of hydroxy acid and compound mumizhi granules in the
treatment of moderate-sever acne and the effect on skin physiological indexes. Methods A total of 60 patients with moderatesevert
facial acne admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into control group and
combined group according to the number table, with 30 patients in each group.Control group adopts single fruit acid for
treatment of moderate to severe facial acne with hydroxy acid peeler,the combined group combined compound mumizki
granules to treat moderate and severe facial acne on the basis of the control group,two groups of patients by VISIA detector
to detect facial skin texture, including: brown spot, red, violet, pores, and symptoms integral,the adverse reactions in the two
groups were observed. Results The effective rate of 76.67% in the combined group was better than 43.33% in the control
group (P ＜0.05).There was no signifi cant difference in facial pore, brown spot, purple substance, red area, water and pH value
between the two groups before treatment (P ＞0.05).After treatment, the facial conditions of patients in both groups were
improved, but the facial spots, purplish matter and red areas in the combined group were signifi cantly lower than those in the
control group (P ＜0.05). Syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment [(14.73±5.81)vs(10.77±4.28)].The incidence of
adverse reactions between the control group and the combined group [6.7% (2/30) vs 10%(3/30)] was not statistically signifi cant
(P ＞0.05). Conclusion The combination of alpha hydroxy acid peeler and compound munizhi granules has good clinical effect
in the treatment of moderate and severe acne, with less adverse reactions and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
