摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨针刺联合氨甲环酸治疗女性黄褐斑的疗效及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法：选取2014年1月-2019年1月
笔者医院收治的50例女性黄褐斑患者，随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用氨甲环酸治疗，观察组采用针刺联合氨甲环酸
治疗，比较两组总有效率和治疗前后的皮损评分，雌二醇（Estradiol，E2）、黄体生成激素（Luteinizing hormone,LH）
与卵泡生成激素（Follicle-forming hormone,FSH）水平差异。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率（96.00%）高于对照组
（76.00%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗前，两组皮损评分相当，E2、FSH与LH水平相近（P ＞0.05）；治疗后，
两组皮损评分，E2、FSH、LH水平均下降（P ＜0.05），观察组优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：针刺联合氨甲环酸基治疗黄
褐斑疗效较高，可改善患者皮损状态，调节性激素水平。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on the treatment of female chloasma, the improvement of skin
lesions and the level of sex hormones. Methods Fifty female patients with chloasma admitted to our hospital from January
2014 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with
tranexamic acid, and the observation group was treated with tranexamic acid combined with acupuncture. The total effi ciency,
as well as the lesion scores before and after treatment, estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicles of the two groups
were compared. Gene production hormone (FSH) levels vary. Results The total effective rate of the observation group
(96.00%) was higher than that of the control group (76.00%, P ＜0.05). Before treatment, the lesion scores of the two groups
were similar, E2, FSH and LH levels were similar (P ＞0.05). After treatment, the lesion scores, E2, FSH and LH levels of the
two groups decreased (P ＜0.05), and the observation group was smaller than the control group. Group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion
Acupuncture combined with tranexamic acid is more effective in improving chloasma, which can improve skin lesions and
regulate sex hormone levels.
