摘要:: [摘要]目的：探讨等离子体射流照射辅助非手术治疗对慢性牙周炎患者的临床效果。方法：选取2016年1月-2019年12月就诊
于徐州医科大学附属连云港医院的120例慢性牙周炎患者，按随机数字表法分为两组，每组60例。对照组：行龈下刮治术及根
面平整术；试验组：在此基础上，行等离子体射流照射治疗。比较两组临床疗效、牙周指标及龈沟液相关因子。结果：试验
组治疗总有效率高于对照组，牙周袋探诊深度（PD）、菌斑指数（PLI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）和附着水平（AL）均低于对照
组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组正常T细胞表达和分泌因子（RANTES）、趋化因子上皮中性粒细胞活化肽78（ENA-
78）、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(sICAM-1) 水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：慢性牙周炎患者接受等
离子体射流照射辅助非手术治疗效果显著，可有效改善牙周指标与临床症状，缓解牙周炎症，促进病情恢复，值得临床推广。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-surgical treatment with plasma jet irradiation on patients with
chronic periodontitis. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in Xuzhou Medical
University Affi liated Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2016 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups
according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each. The control group received subgingival curettage and root
planing. Based on this, the experimental group received plasma jet irradiation. The clinical effi cacy, periodontal indexes, and
gingival crevicular fl uid-related factors were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment
in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. The periodontal pocket exploration depth (PD), plaque index
(PLI), sulcus bleeding index (SBI), and attachment level (AL) were lower than those in the control group, with differences. Statistical
signifi cance (P＜0.05),normal T cell expression and secretion factor (RANTES),chemokine epithelial neutrophil activating peptide
78 (ENA-78), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (sICAM-1) The level was lower than the control group, and the difference
was statistically signifi cant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Patients with chronic periodontitis who have received plasma jet irradiation for
non-surgical treatment have signifi cant effects,which can effectively improve periodontal indicators and clinical symptoms,relieve
periodontal infl ammation, and promote disease recovery, which is worth clinical promotion.
