摘要:: [摘要]目的：比较AH plus与Vitapex根充糊剂治疗根尖周病的临床效果。方法：按照随机数字表法将2016年1月-2019年1月
笔者医院口腔科收治的80例根尖周病患者分为AH plus组40例(70颗患牙)与Vitapex组40例(72颗患牙)，分别采用AH plus根
充糊剂与Vitapex根充糊剂进行根管充填。比较两组治疗后12个月的治疗效果及治疗后1周的患牙疼痛率，观察患者满意度。
结果：AH plus组的患牙治疗总有效率94.29%，明显高于Vitapex组的83.33%(P ＜0.05)。AH plus组的患牙疼痛率4.29%，明
显低于Vitapex组的16.67%(P ＜0.05)。AH plus组的患者满意度95.00%，明显高于Vitapex组的80.00%(P ＜0.05)。结论：AH
plus根充糊剂治疗根尖周病的临床效果更优，能够明显改善患者的患牙疼痛情况，患者满意度高。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To compare the clinical effect of AH plus and Vitapex root canal sealers in the treatment of periapical
disease. Methods According to the random number table method, 80 patients with periapical disease who were divided into AH
plus group (n =40, 70 affected teeth) and Vitapex group (n =40,72 affected teeth) in the department of stomatology of our
hospital from January 2016 to January 2019, AH plus root canal sealers and Vitapex root canal sealers were respectively
used for root canal fi lling. The therapeutic effect was compared between two groups at 12 months after treatment. The
pain rate of affected teeth was compared between two groups at 1 week after treatment. The satisfaction of patients were
observed. Results The total Total therapeutic effective rate（94.29% vs 83.33% ）in AH plus group was signifi cantly higher
than in Vitapex group(P＜0.05). The pain rate of affected teeth （4.29% vs 16.67%） in AH plus group was signifi cantly lower than
in Vitapex group(P＜0.05). The satisfaction of patients(95.00% vs 80.00%)in AH plus group was signifi cantly higher than in Vitapex
group(P＜0.05). Conclusion AH Plus root canal sealers haD a better clinical effect in the treatment of periapical disease, which
could signifi cantly improve the patient’s pain of affected teeth, and thesatisfaction of patients were is high.
