[摘要]目的：比较美学区单颗牙即刻种植与延期种植的临床修复效果。方法：按照随机数字法将2018年1月-2018年12月在
笔者医院行美学区单颗牙种植的120例患者分为即刻种植组与延期种植组，每组60例，种植后所有患者均随访12个月。比较
两组的种植成功率，种植后即刻、6个月、12个月的红色美学评分(PES)、种植体边缘骨吸收量及种植体颈部牙槽骨垂直吸
收量。结果：两组的种植成功率均为100%。两组在种植后即刻、6个月、12个月的PES评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(P ＞
0.05)。即刻种植组在种植后6个月[(0.29±0.11)mm vs (0.45±0.17)mm]、12个月[(0.29±0.11)mm vs (0.45±0.17)mm]的
种植体边缘骨吸收量均明显少于延期种植组(P ＜0.05)。即刻种植组在种植后6个月[(0.51±0.24)mm vs (0.86±0.33)mm]、
12个月[(0.84±0.35)mm vs (1.32±0.40)mm]的种植体颈部牙槽骨垂直吸收量均明显少于延期种植组(P ＜0.05)。结论：两
种种植方法用于美学区单颗牙修复均能获得较高的种植成功率及较好的美学效果，但是即刻种植能够降低骨量的吸收。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To compare the prosthetic effect of immediate implantion and delayed implantion on single tooth in
aesthetic area. Methods According to the random number method, 120 patients who received single tooth implantation
in aesthetic area which was divided into immediate implantation group and delayed implantation group in our hospital
from January 2018 to December 2018 , with 60 patients in each group. All patients were followed up for 12 months after
implantation. The success rate of implantation was compared between two groups. The pink esthetic score(PES), marginal
bone resorption of implant and vertical alveolar bone absorption of implant neck was compared between two groups at
immediately, 6 months, 12 months after implantation. Results The success rate of implantation was 100% in two groups. There
was no significant difference in PES between the two groups at immediately, 6 months, 12 months after implantation(P ＞
0.05).At 6 months[(0.29±0.11)mm vs (0.45±0.17)mm], 12 months[(0.29±0.11)mm vs (0.45±0.17)mm] after implantation,
the marginal bone resorption of implant of immediate implantation group was signifi cantly lower than that of delayed
implantation group(P ＜0.05).At 6 months[(0.51±0.24)mm vs (0.86±0.33)mm], 12 months[(0.84±0.35)mm vs (1.32±0.40)
mm] after implantation, the vertical alveolar bone absorption of implant neck of immediate implantation group was signifi cantly
lower than that of delayed implantation group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion Both implant methods could achieve a higher success
rate of implantation and a better aesthetic effect on single tooth in aesthetic area, but immediate implantation could reduce bone
absorption.
