摘要:: [摘要]目的：探究全面护理模式对行眼球摘除术患者重塑面部自信的影响。方法：随机选取笔者医院2016年6月-2019年7月就诊
的102例行眼球摘除术的患者作为研究对象，按患者就诊顺序随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规病区的护理模式，观察
组采用全面护理模式。对两组患者护理前后心理状态、面部自信情况及护理服务质量进行比较分析。结果：护理前，两组患者
SAS、SDS评分以及面部自信评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；护理后，观察组SAS、SDS、面部自信评分、面部自
信率以及护理质量优良率均显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：全面护理模式不仅对于消除眼球摘除
患者负面心理、快速康复及重塑面部自信具有积极意义，而且对眼科整体护理质量的提升有显著性作用，值得推广应用。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing to facial self-confi dence of patients with ophthalmectomy.
Methods 102 patients with ophthalmectomy in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2019 were selected. with The patients
were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment. The control group
adopted routine nursing measures, the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing measures. The psychological status,
facial self-confidence and nursing service quality of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Results There were no
signifi cant differences in SAS, SDS, and facial confi dence between the two groups before nursing (P ＞0.05). After nursing, the
SAS, SDS, facial confi dence score, facial self-confi dence rate and quality of care in the observation group were signifi cantly
better than those in the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing measures is positive for eliminating
negative psychology, rapid recovery and reshaping facial confi dence in patients with ophthalmectomy. It also has a signifi cant
effect on the improvement of the overall quality of ophthalmology care, which is worthy of promotion and application.
