摘要:
[摘要]炎症后色素沉着（Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation,PIH）是皮肤出现炎症反应后的常见后遗症状之一，好发于
肤色较深患者。可以分为表皮型和真皮型，分别具有不同的临床和组织病理学特征。近年来,针对其发病机制、实验模型、
外用和系统药物、化学剥脱以及物理治疗的基础和临床研究均有了一定进展，且初步建立了诊疗规范,本文就其研究进展综
述如下。

Abstract:

Abstract: Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation（PIH）is one of the common sequelae of inflammatory dermatoses, and it
tends to occur in individuals with darker skin.It can be divided into epidermal and dermal PIH,which have different clinical
manifestations and histopathological characteristics.In recent years,basic and clinical researches have been made on its
pathogenesis, animal models, medical therapy, chemical peels and laser therapy. Specifi cations for diagnosis and treatment have
been initially established.
