摘要:
[摘要]脂肪移植作为整形外科常用的临床技术，在组织重建、面部年轻化及伤口修复等众多领域中广泛应用。但由于移植术
后脂肪体积保留率的不确定性，限制了其在隆乳领域的使用。本文针对自体脂肪移植隆乳术相关的脂肪组织获取、纯化、注
射等技术对移植脂肪成活率的影响，以及术后并发症和乳房美学标准的相关问题进行综述，希望为自体脂肪移植隆乳术后效
果的改善提供参考。
Abstract:

Abstract: As a common clinical technique in plastic surgery, fat transplantation is widely used in many fi elds,such as tissue
reconstruction, facial rejuvenation, wound repair and so on. However, due to the uncertainty of fat volume retention after
transplantation, its use in the fi eld of breast augmentation is limited. This article reviews the effects of adipose tissue acquisition,
purifi cation, injection and other techniques related to autologous fat transplantation on the survival rate of transplanted fat,
as well as postoperative complications and breast aesthetic standards. I hope to provide reference for improving the effect of
autologous fat transplantation after augmentation mammaplasty.
