[摘要]目的：观察运用单层型人工真皮联合自体刃厚皮片一期修复骨/肌腱外露创面的临床效果。方法:2017年8月-2020年1
月，笔者医院收治复合组织缺损患者26例，均采用单层型人工真皮联合刃厚皮片一期修复骨/肌腱外露创面。结果：本组26
例患者修复效果优21例；良5例，随访观察植皮区有较明显瘢痕增生。所有患者均获得1～6个月随访，平均2个月，创面无复
发；供皮区愈合良好，仅遗留少量色素，无明显瘢痕形成，患者及其家属满意。结论：单层型人工真皮联合刃厚皮片一期可
以有效地修复骨/肌腱外露创面，手术操作相对简单，总体临床效果良好，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of using single-layer artificial dermis combined with autologous blade
thickness skin graft to repair bone/tendon exposed wounds. Methods From August 2017 to January 2020, 26 patients with
composite tissue defects were treated in our unit. All patients were treated with single-layer artificial dermis combined with
autologous blade thickness skin graft to repair the bone/tendon exposed wounds in one stage. Results In 26 cases, 21 cases
were excellent. And 5 cases were good, there were obvious scar hyperplasia in the skin graft area. All patients were followed
up for 1 to 6 months (average 2 months). The donor site healed well with only a small amount of pigment and no obvious scar
formation. The patients and their families were satisfied. Conclusion The first stage of single-layer artificial dermis combined
with autologous blade thickness skin graft can effectively repair the exposed wound of bone/tendon, and the operation is
relatively simple, and the overall clinical effect is good, which is worthy of clinical popularization.
