[摘要]目的：探讨并分析隆鼻整形患者术后发生感染的影响因素，为降低术后感染风险提供重要依据。方法：采用回顾性分
析法，收集2015年1月-2018年12月笔者医院接收的431例隆鼻整形患者临床资料，对所有患者随访1年后，根据其术后是否发
生感染，将其分为感染组（n =22）及对照组（n =409）。仔细阅览患者病历资料，记录患者术后发生感染情况，设计一般情
况调查问卷，详细记录患者一般情况，并将可能的影响因素纳入，经单因素与多因素分析找出术后发生感染可能的影响因
素。结果：将可能的影响因素纳入，经卡方检验单因素分析与非条件多项Logistic回归分析检验结果显示，鼻部毛孔粗大、
假体修雕不理想、是否有鼻翼软骨处理、术后鼻部碰撞、局部组织张力过大均可能是诱发隆鼻整形患者术后发生感染的危险
因素（OR ＞1，P ＜0.05）。结论：鼻部毛孔粗大、假体修雕不理想、是否有鼻翼软骨处理、术后鼻部碰撞、局部组织张力过
大均可能是诱发隆鼻整形患者术后发生感染的危险因素，临床需重点关注并予以相应干预措施。
