[摘要]目的:探索成人下颌数字化牙颌模型重叠的新方法,并验证本重叠方法的可靠性及适用性,为将来进行隐形矫治效
果分析提供简单快捷的评价方法。方法:根据入选标准将研究资料分为A、B、C组,即对照组、上颌隐形矫治组及下颌隐形
矫治组,重叠下颌牙列模型后,对下颌中切牙、第一及第二磨牙的三维方向位移进行测量及统计学分析。结果:A组各牙
齿位移均值的95%置信区间上限最大值为0.29mm,下限最小值为-0.3mm;B组各牙齿位移均值的95%置信区间上限最大值为
0.42mm,下限最小值为-0.46mm,36、37在Y轴上下限位移均为负值,46、47在Y轴上下限位移均为正值;C组各牙齿位移均值
的95%置信区间上限最大值为0.45mm,下限最小值为-0.43mm。结论:本重叠方法可用于对比正畸前后的成人下颌数字化牙颌
模型,具有较好的可靠性及临床适用性。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore a new method for superimposition of mandibular digital models in adults, verifying the
reliability and applicability of this method.A convenient and efficient evaluation method for invisible orthodontic effect analysis
in the future was found and clarified. Methods According to the selection criteria, the data were divided into A, B and C three
groups, which consists of control group, maxillary invisible orthodontic treatment group. mandibular invisible orthodontic
treatment group. After superimposing mandibular dentition models, the three-dimensional displacement of mandibular central
incisors, first and second molars were measured and analyzed statistically. Results In group A, the maximum value of the mean
displacement’s 95% confidence interval was 0.29 mm, and the minimum value was -0.3mm. In group B, the maximum value of
the mean displacement’s 95% confidence interval was 0.42mm, and the minimum value was -0.46mm. Otherwise, the upperlower
limit displacement values of 36 and 37 on Y axis were negative, and that of 46 and 47 on Y axis were positive. In group
C, the maximum value of the mean displacement’s 95% confidence interval was 0.45mm,and the minimum value was -0.43mm.
Conclusion The method for superimposition had satisfied reliability and clinical applicability to compare pre-treatment with
post-treatment mandibular digital dental models in adults.
