摘要:: [摘要]目的：初步观察评估Mohs手术和光动力疗法（Photodynamic therapy，PDT）单独或联合治疗乳房外Paget病的临床疗
效。方法：14例乳房外Paget病患者，根据治疗方式不同分为A组（单纯PDT治疗）、B组（PDT联合传统手术）、C组（Mohs手
术）、D组（PDT联合Mohs手术）。观察四组疗效并随访2～14年。结果：A组患者症状改善，病灶残余10.02%；B、C、D三组
患者症状消失，皮损消失，但B组经组织病理学证实有残留Paget细胞。C组切除面积大于D组。A、B、C三组均有1例复发，而
D组无复发。结论：PDT联合Mohs手术治疗乳房外Paget病，能缩小切除面积，提高治愈率，减少复发，值得临床推荐。

Abstract:: Abstract: Objective To evaluate the efficacy of photodynamic therapy(PDT) and Mohssurgery alone or combined in the
treatment of extra-mammary Paget’s disease (EMPD). Methods A total of 14 cases of diagnosed with extramammary Paget’s
disease were divided by different treatments intogroup A(PDT, 3 cases), group B(the combination of PDT and traditional
surgery, 2 cases), group C(Mohs surgery, 6 cases) and group D(the combination of PDT and Mohs surgery, 3 cases). The clinical
curative effect of the four groups was observed. All the patients were followed up for 2-14 years. Results Symptoms in group
A were improved with residual lesions of 10.02%. Symptoms in B, C, and D groups disappeared, and skin lesions disappeared.
However, there were Paget cells remained in group B. The resection area in group C was larger than that in group D. In the
follow-up, the relapse occurred in the group A, B and C, but group D without relapse. Conclusion Photodynamic therapy
combined with Mohs surgery treat patients withEMPD has the advantages of thorough treatment, little trauma, is worthy of
clinical application.
