[摘要]目的：探讨游离腹直肌肌瓣联合皮片移植修复四肢复杂组织缺损的术后护理方法。方法：2017年9月-2019年9月，笔
者单位应用游离腹直肌肌瓣联合皮片移植修复四肢复杂组织缺损患者共47例，术后给予抗炎、抗痉挛、抗血栓等药物治疗，
密切观察肌瓣血运，观察植皮色泽变化，正确判断动静脉血管危象，早发现早处理。结果：本组47例患者，5例患者术后发
生血管危象时给予及时处理后肌瓣成活，1例皮片部分坏死换药后创面愈合，其余患者肌瓣及皮片成活良好，创面均一次性
愈合。随访3个月～2年，除3例患者肌瓣较臃肿行二次修薄术外，其余患者肌瓣外形均较满意。结论：游离腹直肌肌瓣联合
皮片移植的术后正确护理对于手术的成功非常关键。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the postoperative nursing methods of repairing limbs complex tissue defects with free
rectus abdominis muscle flap and skin graft. Methods From September 2017 to September 2019, 47 cases of limbs complex
tissue defects were treated with free rectus abdominis muscle flap and skin graft. After surgery to give drug treatments such as
anti-inflammatory, antithrombotic, anti-vascular spasm, close observation of muscle flap blood supply, giving timely treatment
when vascular crisis appearing. Results In 47 cases, 5 cases were given timely treatment when vascular crisis appearing,
muscle flaps were saved back. Partial skin graft necrosis in one case, the wound healed after active dressing change. The rest of
the patients healed at one time, during the follow-up period of 3 months to 2 years, all the patients were satisfied with the repair
operation except for 3 patients who had twice thinned the muscle flap. Conclusion The correct postoperative nursing of free
rectus abdominis muscle flap and skin graft is very important for the success of the operation.
