[摘要]目的:探讨亲水性纤维含银敷料联合负压封闭引流对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者创面愈合质量及血管内皮生长因子(Vascular
endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的影响。方法:选择2017年6月-2018年6月笔者医院收治的深Ⅱ度烧伤患者120例进行
研究,以随机数表法分为观察组(n =62)和对照组(n=58)。对照组给予负压封闭引流治疗,观察组给予亲水性纤维含银敷
料联合负压封闭引流治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、创面愈合时间、创面愈合率、VEGF水平、换药次数、住院时间、住
院费用、换药疼痛、瘢痕评分及色素沉着发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组愈合总有效率为91.94%高于对照组的70.69%,
差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组VEGF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);治疗后,两组VEGF水平
均显著改善,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组创面愈合时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计
学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组住院费用比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05)。观察组换药次数、住院时间显著低于对
照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组换药疼痛评分、瘢痕评分及色素沉着率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学
意义(P <0.05)。结论:在深Ⅱ度烧伤患者中应用亲水性纤维含银敷料联合负压封闭引流效果显著,可有效改善患者创面
愈合质量、VEGF水平,且不增加治疗费用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of hydrophilic fi ber silver dressing combined with vacuum sealing drainage on
wound healing quality and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with deep second degree burn. Methods 120
patients with deep second degree burn were selected for study, from June 2017 to June 2018, were divided into the observation
group (n =62) and the control group (n =58) by the random number table method. The control group was treated with negative
pressure closed drainage, while the observation group was treated with hydrophilic fi ber containing silver dressing combined
with negative pressure closed drainage. The clinical efficacy, wound healing time, wound healing rate, VEGF, dressing
change frequency, hospitalization time, hospitalization cost, dressing pain, scar score and occurrence of pigmentation in the
two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.94%, higher
than that of the control group(70.69%), the difference was statistically signifi cant(P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no
signifi cant difference in VEGF levels between the two groups(P >0.05). After treatment, VEGF levels in both groups were
signifi cantly improved, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P <0.05). The wound healing time of the
observation group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, there was no signifi cant
difference in hospitalization expenses between the two groups(P >0.05). The times of dressing change and hospitalization
time in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The pain score, scar score
and pigmentation rate of the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion
Application in patients with deep second degree burns hydrophilic fiber containing silver dressings joint closed negative
pressure drainage effect is remarkable, which can effectively improve the quality of patients with wound healing and VEGF,
and does not increase the cost of treatment.
