[摘要]目的:探索女性腰腹部脂肪抽吸术患者脂肪吸出量与术前体型基本参数的相关性,筛选出与脂肪吸出数量密切相关
的关键因素。方法:收集笔者科室2001年1月-2017年6月收治的733例女性腰腹部脂肪抽吸术患者病历资料,采用SPSS 23.0
统计软件进行脂肪吸出量与术前年龄、身高、体重、腰围、身体质量指数(BMI)及腰高比(WHtR)等体型基本参数的相
关性分析。结果:脂肪吸出量1 000~8 300ml,平均值、中位数和众数分别为(2 613.22±1 144.72)ml、2 355.17ml和
2 000ml。脂肪吸出量与腰围相关系数最高(r =0.706,P <0.01),与腰高比、BMI和体重的相关系数分别为0.697、0.646和
0.610(P <0.01)。结论:腰围和BMI可能是共同影响女性腰腹部脂肪吸出量多少的最重要体测参数。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To explore the correlations between the amount of liposuction and basic anthropometric parameters in
female patients with liposuction of waist and abdomen, and to screen out the key factors related to the amount of fat aspirated.
Methods Clinical data of 733 female liposuction patients of waist and abdomen in the Department of Plastic Surgery and
Burns, Tangdu Hospital from January 2001 to June 2017 was collected, and an correlation analysis of fat volume aspirated
with age, height, weight, waist circumference, body mass index(BMI) and waist height ratio(WHtR) was made by SPSS 23.0
software. Results The amount of fat aspirated arranged from 1 000ml to 8 300ml,and the mean, median, and mode lipoaspirate
volume were (2 613.22±1 144.72)ml, 2 355.17ml, and 2 000ml, respectively. The correlation coeffi cient of lipoaspirate volume
with waist circumference was the highest (r =0.706, P <0.01), and the coeffi cients with WHtR, BMI and body weight were 0.697,
0.646 and 0.610, respectively (all P <0.01). Conclusion Both waist circumference and BMI may be the most important body
anthropometric parameters to predict the lipoaspirate volume of female patients with waist and abdomen liposuction.
