[摘要]目的：探究富血小板血浆（Platelet-rich plasma，PRP）结合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的应用效果及并发症发
生情况。方法：选取2019年1月-2019年5月于笔者医院行面部年轻化的70例就医者，随机分为脂肪移植组（35例）和联合组
（35例）。脂肪移植组给予自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗，联合组给予PRP联合自体脂肪颗粒注射治疗。术后均随访12个月。观察
并比较两组就医者的满意率、面部年轻化改善情况、复发及并发症发生情况。结果：联合组满意率为97.14%（34/35），
显著高于脂肪移植组的74.29%（26/35），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。联合组有效率为100.00%（35/35），治疗后改
善明显；脂肪移植组有效率为82.86%（29/35），有6例脂肪细胞存活率过低或注射量不足而致使治疗后改变不明显，均进
行了二次填充；组间比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。术后6个月，联合组复发4例（11.43%），脂肪移植组复发9例
（25.71%），组间比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；术后12个月，联合组复发7例（20.00%），脂肪移植组复发16例
（45.71%），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组就医者均未出现脂肪液化、感染、坏死、血肿、结节等并发症，移植区
边缘过渡自然，无体表投影及硬结出现。结论：PRP结合自体脂肪移植在面部年轻化中的应用效果优良，可提高就医者满意
度，远期疗效显著，安全性高，值得推广。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application effect and complications of platelet rich plasma (PRP) combined with
autologous fat transplantation in facial rejuvenation. Methods 70 patients with facial rejuvenation in our hospital between
January 2019 and May 2019 were randomly divided into the fat transplantation group (35 cases) and the combined group
(35 cases). The fat transplantation group was treated with autologous fat particle transplantation, while the combined group
was treated with PRP combined with autologous fat particle injection. All patients were followed up for 12 months. The
satisfaction rate, facial rejuvenation improvement, follow-up results and complications in the two groups were observed and
compared. Results The satisfaction rate in the combined group was 97.14%(34/35), signifi cantly higher than that in the fat
transplantation group74.29%(26/35), the difference was statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). The effective rate in the combined
group was 100.00%(35/35), and the improvement was obvious after treatment. The effective rate in the fat transplantation
group was 82.86%(29/35). Six cases of fat cell survival rate was too low or the injection amount was insuffi cient, resulting in
no obvious change after treatment. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). Six months
after operation, 4 cases (11.43%) recurred in the combined group and 9 cases (25.71%) recurred in the fat transplantation group,
there was no signifi cant difference between the two groups (P ＞0.05). Twelve months after the operation, 7 cases (20.00%)
recurred in the combined group and 16 cases (45.71%) recurred in the fat transplantation group, the difference between the two
groups was statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). No complications such as fat liquefaction, infection, necrosis, hematoma, nodules
and the like occurred in the two groups of patients seeking beauty. The edge of the transplantation area transited naturally,
and no surface projection and induration appeared. Conclusion PRP combined with autologous fat transplantation has good
application effect in facial rejuvenation, which can improve the satisfaction of beauty seekers. The long-term effect is signifi cant
and the safety is high, and it is worthy of promotion.
