[摘要]目的：探究黄金微针射频联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（rb-bFGF）对面部年轻化就医者皮肤镜下美观度的影
响。方法：选取2019年4月-2019年11月笔者医院医疗美容中心就诊的80例行面部年轻化就医者，采用随机数字表法将其分为
对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组采用黄金微针射频技术治疗，观察组在此基础上联合rb-bFGF进行治疗。比较两组治疗
后的临床疗效、满意率及在皮肤镜下的美观度。结果：观察组总有效率、满意率分别为100.00%、95.00%，显著高于对照组
的85.00%、77.50%，两组比较有显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。与对照组皮肤镜下美观度相比，观察组纹理更
加细腻均匀，毛孔空隙更小，美观度更高。结论：黄金微针射频联合rb-bFGF是一种安全、有效的面部年轻化治疗方法，能
够显著提高就医者的美观度。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of gold microneedle radio frequency combined recombinant bovine alkaline
fi broblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) on the endoscopic skin beauty in patients with facial rejuvenation therapy. Methods Select
80 patients with facial aging between April 2019 and November 2019. Random number table method was used to divide them
into control group and observation group, 40 cases each. The control group was given golden microneedles radiofrequency for
treatment, and the observation group was combined with rb-bFGF for treatment. The effi ciency, satisfaction, beauty and pain
of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The total effective and satisfaction rate of patients in the observation
group was 100.00%, 95.00%, higher than the control group was 85.00%,77.50% (P ＜0.05). After treatment, there was no
signifi cant difference in visual analogue scale (VAS) of pain between the two groups of patients (P ＞0.05). Compared with the
dermatoscope aesthetic appearance of the control group, the observation group has more fi ne and uniform texture, smaller pore
space and higher aesthetic appearance. Conclusion The combination of radiofrequency and rb-bFGF is a safe and effective
method of facial rejuvenation, and can signifi cantly improve the aesthetics of patients.
