[摘要]目的：评价皮敏消胶囊抗炎抗过敏的药理作用机制。方法：通过蛋白、细胞、动物实验来评价皮敏消胶囊的抗炎、抗
过敏药理指标。结果：皮敏消胶囊在细胞、动物水平上没有毒性，且能够抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀率、抑制毛细管通透性的增加、
提高炎症模型小鼠血清中INF-γ/IL-4的比值，下调NO/NOS表达，并降低血浆丙氨酸转移酶活力，且能够显著降低炎症小鼠
血清中TNF-α的含量。结论：皮敏消胶囊可以通过多种通路发挥抗炎抗过敏作用，并且药理作用显著，无毒性。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the pharmacological action mechanism of Piminxiao capsule on anti-infl ammatory and antiallergy.
Methods The anti-infl ammatory and anti-allergic pharmacological indexes of Piminxiao capsule were evaluated by
protein, cell and animal experiments. Results Piminxiao capsule was non-toxic at the cell and animal level, and could inhibit
the swelling rate of the auricles of mice, inhibit the increase of capillary permeability, and increase the ratio of INF-γ/IL-4 in
the serum of mice with infl ammation model down-regulating the expression of NO/NOS, as well as reducing plasma alanine
transferase activity, can signifi cantly reduce the content of TNF-α in the serum of infl ammatory mice. Conclusion Piminxiao
capsule can exert anti-infl ammatory and anti-allergic effects through various pathways, and has signifi cant pharmacological
effects without toxicity.
