[摘要]目的:应用丙酸氯倍他索乳膏建立兔激素依赖性皮炎动物模型,观察兔背皮肤外观及病理变化。方法:12只新西兰雄
性大白兔,背部剃毛,充分暴露皮肤,外涂0.02%丙酸氯倍他索乳膏(恩肤霜),1/2指尖单位每日1次,连续应用80d并观察
激素依赖性皮炎外观及病理动态变化。结果:35d皮肤外观潮红、可见丘疹,病理表皮非特异性增厚,真皮胶原纤维减少;
50d皮肤外观潮红,脱屑,病理表皮增厚达高峰,真皮胶原纤维明显减少;65d皮肤外观可见明显变薄、红斑、干燥明显、附
有鳞屑、病理表皮厚度较前明显减轻,胶原纤维明显减少;80d皮肤外观可见明显变薄,皮下血管清晰可见,病理胶原纤维
明显减少。结论:应用丙酸氯倍他索乳膏成功建立兔激素依赖性皮炎动物模型,推荐了造模时间及成模的外观皮肤表现,模
拟了激素依赖性皮炎真表皮病理变化过程。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To establish a rabbit model of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis by using clobetasol propionate cream
to observe the appearance and pathological changes of dorsal skin of rabbit. Methods 12 male New Zealand white rabbits
were shaved on the back to have their skin fully exposed. The clobetasol propionate cream (0.02%) was used externally with
a doze of 1/2 on a daily basis. The appearance and pathological changes of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis were being
continuously observed for changes over a period of 80 days. Results On the 35th day, the skin was ruddy, papules were visible,
the pathological epidermis was non-specifi c thickening, and dermal collagen fi bers decreased. On the 50th day, the skin was
fl ushed and desquamative, the pathological epidermis was thickened to the peak level and dermal collagen fi bers decreased
significantly. On the 65th day, the appearance of skin was significantly thinner and showed erythema, obvious dryness,
accompanied by scales,the pathological epidermis thickness was signifi cantly decreased (during the 15 days), and the collagen
fi bers were reduced. On the 80th day, the Appearance of skin was signifi cantly thinner, subcutaneous blood vessels were more
visible and pathological collagen fi bers were reduced. Conclusion An animal model of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis
in rabbits was successfully established using clobetasol propionate cream. The modeling time and appearance of the skin were
recommended, and the pathological changes of the true epidermis of corticosteroid-dependent dermatitis were simulated.
