摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨不同修复方式用于后牙楔状缺损的疗效。方法：选取诊治的后牙楔状缺损患者90例，将患者随机分为三
组：A组30例（34颗牙）、B组30例（35颗牙），C组30例（37颗牙）。A组：给予复合树脂进行修复治疗；B组：给予金属桩
核+金属烤瓷冠进行修复治疗；C组：给予氧化锆桩核+氧化锆烤冠修复治疗。观察患者修复后1年时的患牙咀嚼功能满意度、
颜色匹配满意度、牙龈边缘着色满意度、牙龈出血指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失及并发症发生情况，进行疗效评价。结果：
对三组患者修复后咀嚼功能满意度、颜色匹配满意度及牙龈边缘着色满意度比较，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.001）；三组患
者修复后患牙牙龈指数、牙菌斑指数及牙周附着水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P =0.856）；三组患者患牙修复后继发龋发
生率比较，差异有统计学意义（P =0.032），桩核折断或核冠损坏发生率B组高于C组（P =0.039），牙龈炎发生率比较差异有
统计学意义（P =0.030）；三组患者患牙修复成功率比较差异有统计学意义（P =0.021）。结论：复合树脂、金属桩核+金属
烤瓷冠、氧化锆桩核+氧化锆烤冠修复后牙楔状缺损，均可达到良好治疗目的，但是修复后美学效果及咀嚼功能氧化锆桩核+
氧化锆烤冠修复优于其他两种修复方式，复合树脂修复后继发龋发生风险性相对高，牙龈炎、桩核折断或核冠损坏发生风险
性则金属桩核+金属烤瓷冠相对较高。
Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the research of different repair methods for wedge-shaped defect of posterior teeth.
Methods We selected 90 cases of patients with wedge-shaped defect of posterior teeth,the patients were randomly divided
into three groups: 30 patients in group A (34 teeth), 30 patients in group B (35 teeth), and 30 patients in group C (37 teeth).The
group A was treated with composite resin, group B was treated with metal post core + ceramic crown, and group C was treated
with zirconia post core + zirconia crown.We observed satisfaction degree of chewing function, color matching,gingival edge
coloring, gingival bleeding index, depth of periodontal pocket,loss of attachment and occurrence of complications of patients in
1 year after repair,to evaluate the effi cacy. Results The satisfaction degree of chewing function, color matching,gingival edge
coloring,the difference between the three groups was statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.001).The gingival bleeding index, depth
of periodontal pocket,loss of attachment,the difference between the three groups was no statistically signifi cant (P =0.856).
The incidence of secondary caries after dental restoration was statistically significant between the three groups (accurate
probability=0.032),the incidence of post-core fracture or crown damage in group B was higher than that in group C (accurate
probability=0.039).The difference of gingivitis incidence was statistically signifi cant (accurate probability=0.030).There was a
statistically signifi cant difference in the success rate of tooth restoration among the three groups (accurate probability=0.021).
Conclusion The composite resin, metal post core + metal ceramic crown, zirconia post core + zirconia crown were used to
repair the wedge-shaped defect of posterior teeth,there were can achieve good therapeutic purpose,the aesthetic effect and
chewing function of zirconia post core + zirconia crown after treatment are superior to the other two restoration methods,the
risk of secondary caries after composite resin repair is relatively high,risk of gingivitis, post-nuclear fracture or crown damage
of metal post core + metal ceramic crown is relatively high.
