[摘要]目的：探究Er:YAG激光结合根面平整术（Subgingival scaling，SRP）对牙周病患者恢复情况及美观度的影响。方
法：选取2014年8月-2016年3月在笔者医院治疗的112例慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察
组，每组56例。两组患者均采取SRP手术，观察组在此基础上联合采用Er:YAG激光治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、临床指标以
及龈沟液炎性因子之间的差异，分析影响疗效的因素。 结果：观察组治疗有效率89.29%，显著高于对照组的73.21%；治疗
后，两组患者牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、附着丧失以及牙槽骨吸收等指标均降低（P ＜0.05）；观察组以上各指标
均低于对照组（P ＜0.05），两组患者的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8均显著下降，且观察组患者的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平显著低
于对照组；治疗有效组患者的牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度及牙槽骨吸收情况显著低于无效组，患者的牙龈指数、菌斑
指数、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨吸收情况均为影响患者疗效的独立危险因素。 结论：Er:YAG激光结合SRP术对牙周病患者治疗效
果显著，牙龈指数、菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨吸收情况均为影响疗效的独立危险因素，在对患者的治疗中，建议针对
患者的以上指标，选择合适的手术方式。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Er: YAG laser combined with SRP on the recovery and aesthetics of patients
with periodontal disease. Methods 112 patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from August 2014 to
March 2016 were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table, 56 cases
each. The patients in the observation group were treated by Er: YAG laser. To compare the therapeutic effect, clinical index and the
difference between the two groups, and analyze the factors that affect the therapeutic effect. Results The treatment effect of the
observation group (89.29%) was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group (73.21%).After treatment, the gingival index,
plaque index, periodontal pocket depth, attachment loss and alveolar bone absorption of the two groups were all decreased .
The levels of TNF -α, IL-6 and IL-8 in the treatment group were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group; the gingival
index, plaque index, periodontal pocket depth and alveolar bone absorption in the treatment group were signifi cantly lower than
those in the treatment group, and the gingival index, plaque index, periodontal pocket depth and alveolar bone absorption in the
treatment group were all independent risk factors affecting the treatment effect. Conclusion Er: YAG laser combined with SRP
is effective in the treatment of periodontal disease. Gingival index, plaque index, depth of periodontal pocket and alveolar bone
absorption are all independent risk factors that affect the treatment effect of patients. In the treatment of patients, it is suggested
to select the appropriate operation mode according to the above indicators.
