[摘要]目的:采用选择性激光熔覆(SLM)制作纯钛可摘局部义齿支架,评估其加工精度、X线探伤情况及适合性。方法:以1
例肯氏Ⅱ类牙列缺损患者的石膏模型为工作模型,扫描并设计可摘局部义齿支架,SLM制作10个纯钛可摘局部义齿支架,评
价SLM纯钛支架的加工精度、X线探伤及适合性。以铸造纯钛支架为对照,比较SLM纯钛支架和铸造纯钛支架X线探伤及适合
性。 结果:3D偏差数据显示,SLM纯钛可摘局部义齿支架标准(SD)偏差为0.082mm,均方根(RMS)偏差为0.106mm,平均
(Mean)偏差为0.087mm。X线探伤结果显示,SLM纯钛支架内部影像均匀,无缩孔、气孔等缺陷,铸造纯钛支架的内部气孔
数显著高于SLM纯钛支架,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。适合性测量结果显示,SLM纯钛支架就位于石膏模型后肉眼观
察可见卡环、颌支托等部件完全就位,支架组织面与石膏模型紧密贴合,手动按压支架无明显翘动;SLM纯钛支架边缘、肩
台中央、轴面中央及牙合面中央适合性明显优于铸造纯钛支架,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:SLM制作纯钛可摘局部
义齿支架的加工精度、X线探伤情况及适合性良好,可以满足临床要求。
Abstract:

Abstract: Objective To investigate the fit of titanium alloy removable partial denture framework fabricated by selective
laser melting (SLM) based on X-ray injury exploration. Methods 10 Kennedy Ⅱ removable titanium alloy partial denture
frameworks were fabricated by SLM technology based on gypsum model, then the processing accuracy, X-ray injury
exploration and suitability of SLM titanium alloy stent were evaluated with traditional casting pure titanium frameworks as
the control group. Results 3D deviation data show that the overall average deviation of the titanium alloy RPD framework
fabricated by SLM technology was 0.087 mm, the standard deviation was 0.082 mm and the root mean square error was
0.106mm. X-ray showed no visible pores, cracks and other internal defects in the frameworks. The number of internal pore of
cast pure titanium frameworks was signifi cantly higher than that of SLM titanium alloy frameworks (P <0.05). The framework
fi ts on the plaster model completely, and its tissue surface fi tted on the plaster model well. The fi tness of the edge, shoulder,
axial surface and occlusal centers of SLM titanium alloy frameworks was better than that of the cast pure titanium frameworks (P
<0.05). Conclusion The titanium alloy RPD framework fabricated by SLM technology is of good quality, which can meet the
clinical requirements.
