[摘要]目的：探讨纳米树脂美学修复技术用于前牙缺损的治疗效果及价值。方法：选取2018年1月-2019年1月笔者医院口腔
科治疗的90例（患牙90颗）前牙牙体缺损患者，随机分为两组。对照组（n =45，患牙45颗）：采用常规复合树脂修复技术进
行治疗；研究组（n=45，患牙45颗）：采用纳米树脂美学修复技术进行治疗，观察患者修复效果、满意度及生活质量改善等
情况。结果：研究组修复成功率、总有效率分别为95.56%、97.78%，显著高于对照组的60.00%、66.67%（P ＜0.05）；研
究组牙冠功能障碍、龋坏、牙髓炎发生率均显著低于对照组，患者修复完成时、修复后6个月满意度评分均显著高于对照
组（P ＜0.05）；修复后6个月，研究组QOL量表中各项评分均显著高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：给予前牙牙体缺损患者
纳米树脂美学修复治疗，可获得更高修复成功率，总体治疗有效性明显提高，口腔美观感更理想，有助于患者生活质量有效
改善。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect and value of nano-resin aesthetic restoration technology in the treatment of anterior
teeth defect. Methods Ninety patients with anterior teeth defect who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to
January 2019 were divided into two groups,the control group (n =45, affected teeth:45 teeth) was treated with conventional
composite resin repair technology,the study group (n =45, affected teeth:45 teeth) was treated with nano-resin aesthetic
restoration technology,observed the repair effect, satisfaction and improvement of quality of life of patients. Results The
success rate and total effective rate of the study group were 95.56% and 97.78% respectively, which were signifi cantly higher
than those of the control group (60.00% and 66.67%)(P ＜0.05).The incidence of crown dysfunction, caries and pulpitis in the
study group was signifi cantly lower than that in the control group,the satisfaction scores of patients at the completion of repair
and 6 months after repair were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group(P ＜0.05).Six months after repair,the scores
of QOL scale in the study group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group(P ＜0.05). Conclusion The patients
with anterior teeth defect were treated with nano-resin aesthetic restoration,higher success rate can be achieved and the overall
therapeutic effectiveness can be signifi cantly improved,oral aesthetics is more ideal, which is helpful to improve the quality of
life of patients.
