[摘要]目的：探究胶原贴敷料应用于激光治疗痤疮瘢痕后的意义。方法：选取2017年2月-2019年2月在笔者医院就诊的156
例痤疮瘢痕患者随机分为常规组（78例）和创福康胶原贴组（78例）。两组均进行常规治疗并辅以CO2点阵激光进行治疗。
所有患者均给予围术期常规护理，创福康胶原贴组在此基础上加用创福康胶原贴敷料进行干预性护理。观察并比较两组的
疗效、治疗效果、护理后瘢痕、焦虑和生活质量评分以及并发症发生情况。结果：创福康胶原贴组患者总有效率为96.15%
（75/78），常规组为84.62%（66/78），创福康胶原贴组总有效率显著高于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗
后，创福康胶原贴组与常规组比较，治疗费用低、住院时间短，同时VAS疼痛评分较低，总体满意度评分高，差异均有统
计学意义（P ＜0.05）。治疗后两组患者的痤疮瘢痕权重评分和SAS评分均降低，且创福康胶原贴组低于常规组；但QOL评
分均升高，且创福康胶原贴组高于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。创福康胶原贴组患者并发症发生率为5.13%
（4/78），显著低于常规组的15.38%（12/78），差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论：痤疮瘢痕患者激光术后护理中应用
创福康胶原贴敷料可提高临床治疗效果，淡化瘢痕，显著改善患者的心理状态以及生活质量，减少并发症的产生，值得临床
加以推广与应用。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the application signifi cance of Chuangfukang collagen dressing in nursing care of patients
with acne scar after laser. Methods 156 patients with acne treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were
randomly divided into the conventional group (78 cases) and the Chuangfukang collagen dressing group (78 cases). Both
groups were treated with conventional therapy and CO2 lattice laser. All patients were given conventional perioperative care,
and the Chuangfukang collagen patch group was additionally given interventional care with Chuangfukang collagen dressing on
this basis of conventional therapy and CO2 lattice laser scar removal. The curative effect, therapeutic effect, scar after nursing,
scores of anxiety and quality of life and complications in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total
effective rate of patients in the Chuangfukang collagen dressing group was 96.15%(75/78), the total effective rate of patients
in the conventional group was 84.62%(66/78), the total effective rate in the Chuangfukang collagen dressing group was
signifi cantly higher than that in the conventional group, the difference was statistically signifi cant (P ＜0.05). After treatment,
the treatment cost, hospitalization time and VAS pain score of Chuangfukang collagen dressing group were lower than those
of the conventional group, and the overall satisfaction score was higher than that of the conventional group (P ＜0.05). After
treatment, the score of acne scar weight and SAS in the two groups decreased, and the Chuangfukang collagen dressing group
was lower than the conventional group, but the score of QOL increased, and the Chuangfukang collagen dressing group was
higher than that of the conventional group (P ＜0.05). The complication rate of the Chuangfukang collagen dressing group was
5.13%(4/78), which was signifi cantly lower than that of the conventional group [15.38%(12/78), P ＜0.05]. Conclusion The
application of Chuangfukang collagen dressing in the nursing care of patients with acne after laser scar removal can improve
the clinical therapeutic effect, fade scar, signifi cantly improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients, and reduce
the occurrence of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
