摘要:
[摘要]衰老的发生是一个复杂的生物学过程,其发生机制与活性氧蓄积、端粒短缩、免疫功能低下、慢性炎症及神经内分
泌失调有关。中药黄芩黄酮类活性成分黄芩苷、黄芩素及汉黄芩素等具有抗氧化、抗炎、免疫调节、抑制肿瘤端粒酶活
性、改善神经内分泌等药理作用。本文基于现代衰老学说,对近年来报道的关于黄芩黄酮类化合物抗衰老相关药理作用及
其机制研究进展做一综述,旨在为今后黄芩黄酮类化合物的抗衰老研究提供思路,为开发黄芩有效成分的抗衰老新药提供
理论依据。

Abstract:
Abstact: The occurrence of aging is a complex biological process, its mechanism is related to the accumulation of reactive
oxygen species, telomere shortening,Immunocompromised,chronic inflammation and neuroendocrine disorders. Scutellaria
flavonoid active ingredients, such as baicalin,baicalein,wogonin,etc. have anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, immune
regulation,inhibit tumor telomerase activity,improve neuroendocrine and other pharmacological effects.On the basis of modern
aging theory,we reviewed the studys of the anti-aging-related pharmacological effects and mechanisms of flavonoids of
Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in recent years. The aim is to provide theoretical ideas for future anti-aging research on fl avonoids
of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,and provide a theoretical basis for the development of new anti-aging drugs with active
ingredients of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
