摘要:
[摘要]目的：探讨分次切除荷包缝合在较大面积色素痣切除中的临床应用效果。方法：选择接受治疗的29例较大面积色素痣
（直径20～65mm）患者，术中冰冻排除恶性肿瘤后进行分次切除荷包缝合治疗，每位患者接受两次治疗，间隔约6个月，术
后半年观察其临床效果和并发症。结果：本组29例较大面积色素痣患者采用分次切除荷包缝合后，切口均一期愈合，无感
染、裂开等并发症发生，术后初期皮损周围皮肤会有放射状的褶皱，6个月后褶皱舒平，瘢痕轻微，患者对效果较为满意。
结论：分次切除荷包缝合通过牵拉扩张皮损周围的皮肤，克服了传统手术切口较长、瘢痕明显的缺陷，减小了瘢痕，美容效
果较好，值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To explore the significance of the clinical application of purse-string suture repair method used in fractional
resection of pigmented nevus. Methods 29 patients with larger pigmented nevus (diameter 20-65 mm) were selected, frozen
pathologic check was performed in all cases to exclude the malignant tumor during operation, each patient received twice
treatments about 6 months apart, to observe their clinical effects and complications in six months after surgery. Results In this
group of 29 patients with larger pigmented nevus treated by purse-string suture repair method, all incisions got primary healing,
no complications such as infection or disruption occured.There were radial folds around the skin lesions just after surgery, but
the folds were smooth and the scars were slight after 6 months, and the patients are satisfied with the effect. Conclusion Pursestring
puture repair method used in fractional resection can expand the skin around the lesions by pulling, and overcome the
shortcomings of traditional surgery with long incisions and obvious scars, this will reduce scars and bring better cosmetic effect,
the method is worth popularizing.
