[摘要]目的：研究微创环切技术在牙列缺损种植修复中的应用效果。方法：选取2013年4月-2018年4月在笔者医院就诊的100
例牙列缺损患者，按照随机数字法分为对照组和微创组，每组50例。对照组给予传统翻瓣种植术治疗，微创组给予微创环
切技术种植治疗。观察患者牙槽嵴顶骨吸收量、稳定系数，统计修复满意度、治疗有效率及并发症发生率。结果：微创组牙
槽嵴顶骨吸收量低于对照组，稳定系数高于对照组，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；微创组修复满意度、治疗有效率均高于
对照组，具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。微创组患者并发症发生率为4.00%，低于对照组的20.00%，两组比较具有统计学意义
（P ＜0.05）。结论：微创环切技术对牙列缺损患者的种植修复效果显著，能够提高患者种植体的稳定性，提高治疗有效率
和修复满意度，并发症少，值得在临床上推广应用。

Abstract:
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of minimally invasive circumcision on the restoration of dentition defect. Methods
From April 2013 to April 2018, 100 patients with dentition defect in our hospital were selected and divided into control group
and minimally invasive group according to the random number method, 50 cases each. The control group was treated with
traditional flap implantation, and the minimally invasive group was treated with minimally invasive circumcision. The quantity
of alveolar bone resorption and stability coefficient were observed, and the satisfaction of restoration, the efficiency of treatment
and the incidence of complications were counted. Results The absorption of alveolar crest and parietal bone in the minimally
invasive group was lower than that in the control group, and the stability coefficient was higher than that in the control group
(P ＜0.05). The repair satisfaction and effective rate of the minimally invasive group were higher than those of the control
group (P ＜0.05). The incidence of complications in the minimally invasive group was 4.00% lower than that in the control
group 20.00% (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive circumcision technology has a significant effect on the restoration
of patients with dentition defects.It can improve the stability of patients’ implants,improve the treatment efficiency and repair
satisfaction,and reduce complications.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
