[摘要]目的:通过研究由蔓荆子﹑龙胆﹑何首乌根三种植物活性成分组合而成的植物复合提取物(VGP)对头皮脂溢性皮炎的
拮抗作用,来探讨天然植物在头皮护理中的作用。方法:角质形成细胞在糠秕马拉色菌、过氧化氢诱导下,加入不同浓度的
VGP、木犀草素、白藜芦醇分别处理24h后,收集上清液ELISA法检测白介素6(IL-6)﹑前列腺素E2(PGE2)的表达。总共招募25
例具有头皮脂溢性皮炎患者,使用调理期洗发水测试2周后,再使用含0.5% VGP的测试期洗发水,每周2~3次清洗患处,通
过检测头皮油脂含量、经表皮水分流失(TEWL),专家评价或患者主观评价头皮红肿程度、头屑程度,来评价洗发水的功
效。结果:在角质形成细胞炎症模型上,VGP在质量分数0.01%~0.125%内能剂量依赖性地抑制IL-6﹑PGE2的表达,且相同浓
度下VGP的抗炎效果强于木犀草素和白藜芦醇。对头皮脂溢性皮炎患者,VGP可明显缓解头皮红肿、头屑、头痒问题,降低头
皮油脂含量和TEWL值。结论:VGP作为一种天然来源的具有抗炎止痒功效的活性原料,可缓解头皮脂溢性皮炎引起的各种头
皮问题。

Abstract:
Abstract: Objective To study the antagonistic effect of a multi-herb extraction (VGP) on the inflammation of seborrheic
scalp which consists of Vitex trifolia ,Gentiana scabra and Polygonum multiflorum root extract. Methods The keratinocytes
stimulated by Malassezia furfur and hydrogen peroxide respectively were treated with different concentrations of VGP, luteolin
and resveratrol for 24h. The extracellular expressions of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) were detected
by ELISA. Total 25 Subjects suffered by seborrheic scalp problems were recruited to test VGP’s effect with a two weeks
recuperation period using vehicle shampoo, and a four weeks test period using test shampoo containing 0.5% VGP, 2-3 times
per week. The sebum content and the trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) were detected by CK multi-probes. And the degree
of dandruff, itching and redness were evaluated by questionnaire survey and experts evaluation. Results On the model of
NHEK cell inflammation induced by M. furfur and H2O2, VGP can inhibit the expression of IL-6 and PGE2 in a dose-dependent
manner under 0.01% to 0.125% concentration, stronger than luteolin and resveratrol. During 4 weeks treatment, VGP reduced
the sebum content and TEWL, improved the redness, itching and dandruff on human scalp skin. Conclusion VGP as a natural
active ingredient can relieve various scalp problems caused by seborrheic scalp through anti-inflammation.
