摘要:
[摘要]目的：通过对成人正常牙合人群面下1/3软硬组织两组测量指标进行典型相关分析，以期为临床诊断和治疗提供参考。
方法：选取120名正常牙合成人为研究对象，在X线头颅侧位定位片上分别测量面下1/3软硬组织指标16项，采用SPSS 20.0对面
下1/3软硬组织这两组测量指标进行典型相关分析。结果：正常牙合成人面下1/3软组织变量组的典型变量与Li-E线距呈中度正
相关，与上下唇厚度、颏沟倾角呈低度负相关；硬组织变量组的典型变量与U1-SN角、U1-NA角呈高度正相关，与SN-MP角、
L1-NB角呈低度正相关。结论：正常牙合成人上下切牙倾斜度、垂直骨面型与上下唇厚度、下唇突度和颏唇形态有关，其中上
前牙位置对下唇突度影响较大。
