[摘要]目的:为提高口腔正畸科器械的辨识度,减少器械拿错概率,应用规范性标识管理降低口腔特殊诊疗器械混乱出错
率。方法:选取2018年7-12月西安交通大学口腔医院正畸科医护人员为对照组,采用常规器械管理;选取2019年1月-6月医
院口腔正畸科不同年资护理人员为观察组,选取口腔正畸科所有器械,采用标准套管颜色标识区别,观察比较对不同年资护
理人员之间清点时间及器械拿错率。结果:使用标识管理后,正畸科器械清点时间明显低于未标识前,尤其对于对正畸器械
不熟悉的低年资护理人员及无任何培训的工作人员。出错率明显低于标识管理前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:
规范化标识环的应用,减少了口腔正畸科器械分拣时间及出错率。

Abstract:

Abstract: Objective In order to enhance the identification of orthodontic devices, reduce the probability of taking the wrong
device, and apply standardized labeling management to lessen the rate of confusion and error in special dental treatment
devices. Methods The medical staff of the Orthodontics Department of the Stomatological Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University
from July 2018 to December 2018 was selected as the control group and managed by conventional equipment. The nursing staff
of different years in the Orthodontics Department of the hospital from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected for observation.
In the group, all the instruments of the orthodontics department were selected, and the standard sleeve was color-coded used
to identify the differences. The time of inventory and the rate of equipment error among nursing staff of different years were
observed and compared. Results After the use of logo management, the inventory time of orthodontic devices was significantly
lower than before the identification, especially for less experience nursing staff and staff without any training who was not
familiar with orthodontic devices. The error rate was significantly lower than before the logo management, and the difference
was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of standardized identification rings reduces the time and error rate
of orthodontic instrument sorting.
